Liya is our visionary. A doctorate-prepared Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency medicine and a passion for aesthetics. She blends compassion with high standards, creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and results-driven for both clients and team members. A firm believer that education never ends, Liya continually pursues advanced training and inspires her team to grow personally and professionally. Known for her sharp wit and dark sense of humor, she brings out the best in others - without ever taking herself too seriously.

Andrea is a Licensed Advanced Medical Aesthetician and Aesthetic Injector with a background in Emergency Medicine. As Nevé’s Skin Care Expert, she’s the go-to for personalized product recommendations and an authority on medical-grade skincare. With a deep passion for aesthetics and a love for helping clients feel confident in their skin, Andrea lives by the motto “Naturally Enhanced.” She specializes in full-face Botox and facial balancing with dermal filler—artfully treating the cheeks, lips, under-eyes, jawline, and chin. Her approach combines structure and skin: by blending injectable techniques with tailored skincare, she helps clients achieve radiant, long-lasting results. Andrea brings both warmth and expertise to every treatment—and feels genuinely grateful to do what she loves every day.
Jessie Alden

Jessie is a certified Physician Assistant with a diverse background in medicine and a passion for aesthetics. Originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, she earned her B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from Roger Williams University and her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Tufts University School of Medicine. Her clinical experience spans Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedic Trauma, Sports Medicine, and Aesthetics—giving her a strong foundation in both acute care and precision-based treatments.
Jessie brings a calm, confident presence to her work and is deeply committed to helping clients look and feel their best through safe, natural, and customized aesthetic care. Outside of the clinic, she’s a CrossFit coach and an avid mountain adventurer—often found skiing, biking, hiking, or camping with her Australian Shepherd, Lyra, in the Colorado backcountry.
Julie McKenzie, DO
Physical Medical Director,

Dr. Julie McKenzie is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and Colorado native. After graduating from Summit High School, she earned her undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder. She went on to graduate at the top of her class from Rocky Vista University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her family medicine residency at St. Anthony Central North Hospital, where she received additional training in surgical obstetrics and neonatal care.
Dr. McKenzie takes a holistic approach to caring for the entire family, with particular interests in sports medicine, women’s health, and pediatrics. As a Doctor of Osteopathy, she incorporates Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) to help support and promote wellness in her patients.
She returned to the Centennial State in 2018 with her husband, Sean, and daughter, Emery. Their son, Colin, joined the family in 2020. Outside of work, Dr. McKenzie enjoys all the best things Summit County has to offer—mountain biking, trail running, hiking, skinning, kayaking, snowboarding, and skiing.

Alyse is the Director of Operations at Nevé Aesthetics, where she leads with a sharp eye for detail, strategic insight, and a deep respect for the client experience. With a background in yoga, Ayurveda, and brand strategy, she brings a unique blend of calm clarity and creative direction to the fast-paced world of aesthetics. Alyse thrives on building systems that work and cultivating a brand that feels as good as it looks.
She’s proud to be part of a team that’s redefining confidence through thoughtful care and intentional design. When she’s not fine-tuning operations or connecting with the community to grow the Nevé brand, you’ll find her outside with her family. She loves to travel and is happiest anywhere near the ocean.
